Adventures of a Culinary Student: January 2009

Sorry guys it has been sometime since my last blog. Here are a few pictures to show you some of the things we are doing in school to keep you going until my next entry.

Cut Counter

June 2009 took the top of my thumb off with a carrot peeler
March 11th, 2009 This cut required 3 stitches and happened with a serrated knife. As I turned to talk to someone and took a slice at the same time! Funny thing it does not hurt because I almost cut it off! Goodbye nerve endings
15, 16, 17, Most cuts happen from- NOT PAYING ATTENTION!!!
13 and 14 thumb and thumb
Oct 7th- 8 little cuts on the palm of my hand, unsure where or how I got them.
4 cuts to the date September 18th, fingers are NUMB!!!!
